alpaca_trade_api version conflict with vectorbt[full] 0.23.3 #304

INFO: pip is looking at multiple versions of vectorbt[full] to determine which version is compatible with other requirements. This could take a while.
ERROR: Cannot install finrl-meta==0.3.6 and vectorbt[full]==0.23.3 because these package versions have conflicting dependencies.

The conflict is caused by:
finrl-meta 0.3.6 depends on alpaca_trade_api>=2.1.0
vectorbt[full] 0.23.3 depends on alpaca-trade-api==1.4.3
