sudo: Unable to use NOPASSWD mode #5

I added this statement to visudo :

%wheel ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD:ALL

or

myusername ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD:ALL

But sudo still can't use NOPASSWD mode.

But I use the stock aosc environment in my x220 to use the NOPASSWD mode.
