Add OTIO PyPI projects to ASWF org #1880

ASWF now has its own PyPI org, ASWF projects are encouraged to join the project to the org to ensure continuity in case current project owners become unavailable.

Process is to invite someone from the LF Release Engineering team to become a project owner, they will then be able to add the project to the ASWF PyPI org.

You can DM me on Slack for the account to send the invite to.

The main OTIO PyPI project is now part of the ASWF org.

We still need to do the same change to the OTIO plugin packages. @reinecke I think you'll have to initiate those changes.
