Update library for compliance with KLC #91
Description
As best as possible, update the library (especially the symbols) for compliance with the Kicad Library Conventions.
A little bit of work has already been done toward this goal, but there's a heck of a lot of work yet to do. The symbols, in particular, are likely to require a complete rework.
