Spike: explore account management and notifications Stripe embedded components

Description

After implementing the initial Stripe KYC embedded component, we need to understand how difficult it is to build other components on top of what we have. So far we are particularly curious about these components:

• account management component (settings page) Add account management component on the Settings page #9129
• account notifications component (overview page) Add account notifications on the Overview page #9128

The goal is to explore the documentation provided in the referenced issues and estimate the amount of work to wrangle two components.

Expected Outcome

Two issues mentioned in the description are estimated. If additional context is found during the spike (like banner notice audit details), post P2 with findings.
