Span Status - OTEL Semantics

The following code doesn't seems to be following the OTEL semantics for Span Status

opentelemetry-apim-agent/src/main/java/com/axway/apim/opentelemetry/HttpServer.java

Line 62 in b0f701e

span.setStatus(StatusCode.OK, httpStatus + "");

Could you please verify and fix it?
