[Feature request] manage and list active(placed loaders)

Describe the bug

so i would like to have a way to manage active chunk loaders, see a list with coordinates and who placed a loader (only admin/permission) and be able to remove loaders, maybe convert large into small and the other way, and make the time less or more, disable it temporary. would be nice ;) take your time, it's just an idea but i would really like it
