need design for signup dialog in the app

UI wise it is ok, UX wise I would prefer to keep only one call for action - "Sign Up", and with a small link somewhere to "Sign in".
When user will click "sign in" the controls will change to sign up mode

Also one extra thing is needed. The design for error for invalid input. I.e. user writes invalid email, we need to display email field in the error state, and display a message.

1. 2 time almost the same button looks confusing
2. Invalid email address message can't be inside the the input control (because there will be email typed by user)
   that how it is looking now
