Documentation of RabbitMQ Subscription Provider (Working Example)

I have searched the documentation and the internet, but I couldn't find any working examples of using the RabbitMQ Subscription provider in Hot Chocolate. Please can someone paste a working example using the Hot Chocolate library? The below doesnt work for me even though it all works using InMemory Subscriptions, and works if i use Redis Subscription provider, but not for RabbitMQ
