How to get CarouselView current and previews UI Element.

when i scroll the CarouselView, i wand to get the current and previews MediaElement to play and dispose the video, how to do that ?

i not see any thing related to play current video and stop previews video.

CurrentItemChanged using this event i can only able get current and previews entity.
