ch3/inhib (pre-compiled for Windows) always crashes after launch

The program immediately crashes upon resizing the window, or attempting most operations. Going back one version solves the issue - so it's definitely an issue with the latest release. Tested across multiple Windows devices.

Thanks for the report. On my windows laptop it opens and runs one trial and then crashes with an out-of-memory error in vulkan. It is likely due to the use of two different network views in one project -- this is the only sim that does that. Unclear what is happening in Windows vs. Mac, where it runs no problem -- will investigate.
