  1. Display weapon tier on tiles. Probably just a number like energy instead of the diamonds.
  2. Display weapon tier in item popup
  3. Add searches for tier
  4. Add sorting by tier
  5. Weapon tier mostly affects what sockets are enhanced... deal with the inevitable enhanced perk issues around this.
