Add an is:owned filter

It would be nice specifically on the Records or Vendor page to be able to narrow down to items where you have a copy of that item in your inventory. This would go off of the item hash since the individual item IDs wouldn't matter.

Not really the same thing. is:owned would mean you have a copy in your inventory. is:collected would mean you can retrieve it from collections.
