[ENHANCEMENT] Add License related stuff

[ElBe-Plaq]

Add more License related stuff, a /support, /license, /code and /author command.

• KEEP option to remove credits, will have to stay/be added in /help or /info though
• Add /support command
• Add /license command
• Add /code command
• Add /author command
