Description

Currently, tooltips have a hardcoded ~450ms delay before dismissing after the pointer leaves the reference element (see CodePen).

Is there a way to reduce or customize this delay? If not, can we consider adding support for a configurable dismissal timeout? Instant or shorter delays would help in more responsive UI scenarios, though I understand accessibility needs to be considered.
