Problem description

ors requires at least Maven version 3.6.3, that is the reason why jitpack is not able to build the openrouteservice correctly!

Proposed solution

please consider to add a maven wrapper to your project to specify the correct version of maven to build ors.
This would also solve the jitpack issue.

mvn wrapper:wrapper

will generate one for you.
