Now that PresentMon console applicaton has dependency on CommonUtilities, and CommonUtilities has dependency on CLI11/Boost/concurrentqueue etc., I suppose Building.md will have an update?

you only need Visual Studio. Ignore the other build and source dependency instructions and build
