Add folia support

Feature description

Add compatibility or official support for Folia, ensuring MarriageMaster runs without issues or warnings on servers using Folia.
Currently, the only alternative is to switch back to Paper or Purpur, which sacrifices the performance benefits provided by Folia.
How the feature is useful

Folia is a high-performance fork of Paper that adds region-based multithreading. I'm currently using Folia for improved server performance, but MarriageMaster is not working properly with it or throws warnings.
