Chunks don't load after joining the server

Describe the bug

Just join the server and for some players, the server will be stuck on "loading server" screen, if you got enter to the server, chunks get cleared and you only see pl

ayers and holograms.

To Reproduce

1. Join the server
2. Wait for load

Also they can't use texture packs on the network using geyserconnect, this is happening after i started using a reverse proxy.
