What will Python SDK return when the cache doesn't exist?

cached_content_info = caching.CachedContent(
       cached_content_name=self.cache_config["cache_id"],
)
# My intentions:
if not exists:
     create a new cache

If the cached content doesn't exist, what will the code above return? Haven't found any documentation on it. I will take a look at the source code to check, but I think it would be good to have any examples on this in the documentation
