create root level "/docs" folder
move most of readme into .md files in ./docs

-Make note in main readme that we are using node 12 (LTS)
-Write down what happens when new ASE version is released
-separation between "stable" and "beta" modules?
-modules should be used as examples - they may change
-focus will be on adding api support

Created docs directory, updated main README, separated out module description
