Frontend UI render mapping recommendations

Summary

The UI components needed to render Recommendations to the user.

• A button to fetch suggestions added
• This then will bring up a drawer component
• With a table of the suggestions
• This should be configurable through a environment variable

Configurable:
feature_recommendations: true

This deliverable will only create the UI, and not the functionality

Acceptance Criteria

• Users can see recommendations for mappings
• The functionality can be disabled with an environment variable
• Tests pass.
