Is this the right issue type?

  • Yes, I'm planning work for this project team.

Summary

Breadcrumbs are confusing here:

Image

We need a way to show a user what "level" of a Scan Report they are at, tables, fields, values - indicating a hierarchy.

By using these buttons, no hierarchy is clear, and it's just jarring to figure out where you are. The mental load of navigating a Scan Report is therefore higher.

Ideas are welcome to solve this.

  • A caret / separator to imply hierarchy > or | or / ( we use / in the top breadcrumbs)
  • Icons to indicate Tables Fields Values ?
  • Adding Tables to the breadcrumbs

Acceptance Criteria

  • A clear hierarchy exists to the user
  • Tests pass.

Tasks
