Airflow needs the Email at Failure service to be set up, enabling maintainers to react promptly to errors and bugs.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Service set up
  • Emails set to maintainers when tasks in Airlfow fail
  • Tested

Tasks

  • Set up SMTP service
  • Change/update setting env var
  • Update code/setting

Confirm creation

  • This issue is ready
