Decide for one package manager

package-lock.json found. Your project contains lock files generated by tools other than Yarn. It is advised not to mix package managers in order to avoid resolution inconsistencies caused by unsynchronized lock files. To clear this warning, remove package-lock.json.

The source code includes lock files for npm and yarn. I strongly recommend to completly switch to yarn, as it's faster.
That would include updating all scripts.

The CI pipeline uses yarn yet the build scripts uses npm.

Given this benchmark, my previous claim regarding speed might not be true, so it probably comes down to personal preference.
