Description

This can be done incrementally, starting with the API, then moving on the objects.

Questions/Ideas

  • Then mypy could also be added to the pre-commit hooks.
    • For the sklearn part, the third-party (Pandas) dependencies type annotations can be imported separately.
  • Check if the oldest Python dependencies have some incompatibilities.
