[Feature Request] User "Notes"

Describe the feature you would like to see.

Add a "Notes" Section to an User only visible and editable by admins, where they can note down any information about the user, for example, how often they got set to datapending (if datapending will be implemented in v2) and by which admin.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Nothing too special, just a string saved in the Database with a simple Notes Textbox on the user view (see screenshots in §additional context")

I stumbled upon this feature on discord (as seen on the screenshot) and would be happy to see it in the moonlight v2.
