Add an option to make the window blurry (when transparent).

It would be nice if I could match the blurry effect of plasma widgets on cavalier also.

I have to look into it, but idk if this blur is possible with GTK.

But I am also adding a Qt version of Cavalier that made it could be achieved with that....
