is it possible to design a bar by dot or stripe?

Hi,
I need to create a bar graph where bars would striped bar or dotted bar. These types of bar actually indicate some medical condition. I'm talking about WHO partograph. For showing Contractions, WHO recommend three types of bar that I would really like to implement. Thanking you so such!

I agree that there should be more customization available for the bars in a bar chart. I'm adding this to the list.
