Allow Hover units get in tank bunker

Description

Hover units (Locomotor={4A582742-9839-11d1-B709-00A024DDAFD1}) cannot get in tank bunker, even they have "Bunkerable=yes".

But they can get in service depot. When they get in service depot, they fall gently onto the repair table and are serviced.

Can allow hover units enter tank bunkers like they do service depot?
