Switch relays on on_press - turn off on_release

Hello,

Im having issues adding this to the yaml.
the relay first toggles on release and then instant off again.
i need to toggle the relay on when holding the button and off when releasing to be able to control a dimmer.
I have no experience coding and adding on_release to the "button left" and "button right" is not doing the magic.
Please help.
