Is there a way to implement rEFInd to boot Vanilla OS?

Looking to install rEFInd as BM instead of Vanilla's default. I have had the UEFI deleted from a power outage recently and I am trying to find a way to reinstall the boot manager again to enable it without the need to reinstall everything. rEFInd seems like a good option, but if you know of another way, please let me know. I would ask in Discord, but I am not able to access Discord at this moment in time. All your support is appreciated.
