What cog is this feature request for?

Birthday

Describe the feature request in as much detail as possible

Hello!

So I use your cog with my bot in a community server. We have a few members who are a DID system (alters/multiple personalities) and they wanted to use the birthday cog for each of their alters

Is this possible or would it require too much of a change?
