"Segment Separators" in binary diff is very difficult to set

The Segment Size setting in "Data Cell Options" in the binary diff view (and other scrollbars) is very difficult to set. It requires very precise mouse movement and doesn't support the scrollwheel or arrow keys to change it. Enabling those would go a long way, but it would also be nice to directly type in the value.

All sliders support ctrl-click to enable typing the value. Note that this allows one to input values outside of the range of what is possible by sliding so make sure you type values that make some sense
