✔️ Expected Behavior

No response

❌ Actual Behavior

If the default Microsoft OpenAI model is used, the billing is charged normally. However, when integrating LLMs through the openai_api_compatible mode, the billing amount is set to 0 regardless of the operation type, while the token count is still accurately tracked
