Installs Nest, removes many packages.

added 91 packages from 31 contributors, removed 70 packages, updated 1067 packages and audited 1317461 packages in 63.56s

Expected behavior

Do not re-install nest

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
