Windows 10 support?

Awesome plugin, would love to see it support Action Centre in Windows 10 along with the badge API.

It's possible to show Windows 10 notifications from a powershell script, so this should be easy to achieve:

• Modify this powershell script to take the toast content from an argument.
• Modify this line in the plugin to call your powershell script, instead of my console-toast-8 exe.

I haven't tested this, but I don't see why it wouldn't work.
