Add a section for basic computer use

I'm trying to figure out how to copy/paste for example.

I've highlighted a word and then typed "KR-FLTZ" instead of the word being copied I see the chord typed out in place of the word... Isn't KR-FLTZ the chord for ctrl-C ?

It would be super to have a basic intro document into this.
