Use ada url parser

Re-creating aio-libs/aiohttp#7217 from aiohttp to yarl, as this is where the URL parsing is happening.

The proposal WOULD make sense if a champion creates a pull request, the PR should pass test suite (a few quirks are acceptable).
I agree that the better yarl is, well, better... But now we have no point to compare with.
