Currently there is no way to know if a provider will bid on a specific deployment before creating it on-chain.

Describe the solution you'd like

We need to implement a REST endpoint that allows to query what the provider (if any) will bid on the deployment. This will allow clients to perform checks and cost estimates on the actual price of a deployment.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I have considered implementing it also as a gRPC endpoint.
