rbw plugin is sloooooooow

RBW plugin seems to be re-reading the whole list every time, which is so slow it took me quite some time to realize it's working in the first place. Is there a reason for this behavior? Why not cache the output from rbw list in memory and re-read it after a timeout (5min?) and when the rbw sync command is explicitly issued?

Also: would be great to get TOTP codes on request, via rbw get xxx --raw

These changes should not affect users used to the previous behavior and should solve the slowness he mentions.

I'm not sure about the slow part. As for the TOTP codes, that's presumably included in an updated version attached. I personally don't use BW for TOTP, so I can't test that part.

I'm not super fluent in python or interfacing with rbw, so I used Grok to help me update the plugin a bit. Now, when you hold Alt, you get a list of every field in the entry, not just the default password, TOTP ("Auth Code"), and username. You can copy any field, including username, password, TOTP code, uri, or any custom field. I like it to display non-sensitive data next to the field, so it does "Copy username: [username]" or URI, etc. Sensitive data like passwords and TOTP are not shown. Attached is the updated plugin for your consideration.

The slowness seems to be a shell thing 'cause, at network level, rbw already caches the list and only syncs again after an hour unless manually triggered.

Yet, you're totally right: it's unnecessary to fetch the data again on each key stroke.
I'll take the idea, hope to implement it soon, thanks for the feedback!
