Missing or Incomplete FLM Flash File for MAX78000 in CMSIS Pack

Hello,

I am working on a project using the MAX78000 Feather and need to use a tool for programming the MAX78000. To configure this tool, I require the FLM flash file from the CMSIS pack. However, the FLM file listed on keil.arm.com appears to be incomplete, as it is 0 bytes in size.

I have been unable to locate a complete FLM file for the MAX78000 and was wondering if this file could be located or provided.
