Error MPS backend out of memory

i have this message when a use magicquill

Error
MPS backend out of memory (MPS allocated: 34.09 GB, other allocations: 1.37 GB, max allowed: 36.27 GB). Tried to allocate 1.09 GB on private pool. Use PYTORCH_MPS_HIGH_WATERMARK_RATIO=0.0 to disable upper limit for memory allocations (may cause system failure).

can someone help please ?
