Describe the bug
For queries involving pre_operations (and/or incremental loads?) for BigQuery the estimated cost are mostly zero (Query will process:

To Reproduce

  • Create a query that involves pre_operations
  • Open the compiled query preview

Expected behavior
I would expect to see a cost estimate similar to the one seen in the Dataform web GUI.
