Cloud Formation deployment fails when using cloudformation/deployment.yaml.
To reproduce

  1. Navigate to cloud formation service in console
  2. Launch create stack flow
  3. Select the (CFN file)[cloudformation/deployment.yaml] in repo
  4. Click next
