Rename CPU-DDP Kubernetes manifest from fsdp.yaml to ddp.yaml for clarity

I noticed that the cpu-ddp test case currently provides its Kubernetes manifest file named fsdp.yaml, even though the manifest’s metadata indicates a DDP job. Since there is a separate FSDP example in this repository, having a DDP job declared in fsdp.yaml can be confusing for users.
