Requester pays access issue in Terra workspace

          Hi! I am trying to use the GATK mitochondrial pipeline on All of US data (cloud based on a Terra workspace) but keep running into the same errors as this thread. Could this be due to outdated dependencies? Thanks!

according to the stack trace, PrintReads was able to idenitfy the billing ID but I get the same google cloud storage error: com.google.cloud.storage.StorageException: Bucket is a requester pays bucket but no user project provided.
