Link git bash installation instructions to Shell lesson

A participant at a workshop I ran today had installed git bash on Windows, as suggested in our setup instructions, however apparently the Shell lesson has some additional detail about installation options to choose that this Docker lesson doesn't mention. It thus likely makes sense to cross reference our setup instructions to the detailed steps provided by core lessons.
