Manage Plugin — Mentioner (defunct — missing)

Hi, I am using osticket v 1.16.3. added the mentioner file on plugin folder and after installing the plugin it says Configuration
This plugin has no configurable settings
Every plugin should be so easy to use.

Kindly help with the error
