Typically, managing more than 100 CPU cores is considered a large-scale commercial use case that requires upgrading to a commercial service and is not available for free use.
+2. By contributing to this project, you agree to the following terms:
+   a. If you are an outstanding contributor, you automatically grant the author's company a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your contributions.
